I am a certified personal fitness trainer currently available at Bally Total fitness Puente Hills II
In the city of industry, California.
I have used resistance exercise and my healthy lifestyle to recover from a serious vehicle accident which involved a broken arm, compound fractures of both legs, an open crushed right shin and a crushed right calcaneus (Heel bone). I still carry steel rods from my hip joints to my knee joints throughout the entire inner femurs of both legs and a steel plate in my left arm. As well as the screws and pins that secure them all and yet I have still been able to achieve my current body composition of five feet ten inches tall, 204 pounds, eight percent body fat. Fifty-four inch shoulders , Fifty-two inch chest and a Thirty-Two inch waist.
Now if I can do it SO CAN YOU!!!-No more excuses!
