PROBLEMS WITH THE CD-ROM
At of this date, we are not aware of any technical problems with the CD-ROM. Of course, the errata which appear in the print edition are likely to appear as well in the CD-ROM, and they will be corrected concurrently. But we are not aware of any problems loading or using the CD.
