The museum/library towers are 50 feet to a side, 350 feet tall, with 31 stories; 30 of 11 feet, one of 20 feet. There is 2,500 square feet per floor, 77,500 per tower, 155,000 total. They are located on the site's southwest corner, nearest to the mounds.

The museum/library towers provide space for 9/11 artifacts and other museum material, a multimedia library/ reference center, classrooms, theater, interim meeting and meditation space for 9/11survivors and families of the dead, and remembrance park administrative offices. They also provide access and egress to the subterranean retaining wall viewing space.

The hotel towers are 75 feet to a side, 525 feet tall, with 57 stories; 56 of 9 feet, one of 20 feet. There is 5,625 square feet per floor, 320,625 per tower, 641,250 total. They are located on the northeast corner and all windows facing the plaza and park can see parts the mounds.
